Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Key tasks include generating leads, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The individual will also be expected to stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven skills and experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Business Development strategy creation and implementation abilities, including the ability to identify and secure new opportunities
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Analytical and Research skills to understand market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and an understanding of B2B sales processes
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets under minimal supervision
- Prior experience in the tech or software industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (MBA is a plus)
