About Synectics
Synectics Architects is a multidisciplinary practice we started in 2010. We work as a collective of architects, engineers, and specialists across architecture, interior design, landscape, product design, and project management. Our interior work covers hospitality, corporate, industrial, residential, and institutional spaces, led by our Director of Interior Design, Priyanka Pawar. We've delivered projects across Maharashtra and pan-India, with some execution experience in London.
Right now we're growing the design business, and we need someone to own the front end of it.
Why this role matters
Every project we take on starts with a conversation. This is the person who has that conversation. You're the first point of contact for a prospective client, the one who figures out what they actually want, decides whether it's a good fit, and hands a qualified, warmed-up lead to the Principal Architect. Get this right and you protect the Principal's time, keep the pipeline clean, and turn first calls into signed projects. It's a role that sits close to both revenue and client trust.
What you'll do
- Handle the first conversation with prospective clients and represent the firm well
- Understand what a client needs and qualify the right leads
- Set up the first in-person meeting with the Principal Architect
- Attend meetings, drive the next steps, and onboard the project, including token collection
- Keep the sales reporting accurate and current
- Stay on top of client relationships as a steady point of contact
Who we're looking for
- Business development experience in interior design or interior fit-out
- Strong communication and the confidence to represent a design-led practice
- A knack for reading client requirements and qualifying them honestly
- Organized and comfortable owning your own reporting and follow-ups
- Someone who thinks about client relationships for the long term

- Location: Wakad, Pune (branch office), on-site
- Pay: ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month
