We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in our IT staffing division. This role is responsible for building client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and positioning our staffing solutions as the partner of choice for technology talent.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in IT staffing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR leaders, hiring managers, CIOs, CTOs).
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams
- Partner with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Proven track record of previous client empanelment or client acquisitions
- Proven track record of revenue generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
