What you'll own:
Platform & Marketplace Growth
- Manage and scale Sweven's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, Wooden Street & similar platforms
- Optimize listings, pricing, and inventory to maximize platform revenue
- Build strong working relationships with platform category managers and account teams
Offline Business Development
- Identify and pursue bulk supply opportunities with hotels, restaurants, co-working spaces & real estate developers
- Attend trade fairs, expos, and industry events to generate leads and build a network
- Visit furniture retailers, interior design studios, and architects directly to pitch Sweven's catalogue
- Develop tie-ups with interior contractors and project consultants for recurring orders
Lead Generation & Pipeline
- Proactively source and qualify leads through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, trade directories, and cold outreach
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, from first contact to closed order
- Follow up consistently and nurture long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with the team to convert inbound inquiries into confirmed business
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years in business development, channel management, or client acquisition
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
- Strong offline networking skills, not afraid to walk into a room and start a conversation
- Organised, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple channels simultaneously
- Prior experience in furniture, home décor, or manufacturing is a strong plus
