Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include conducting market analysis, creating strategies to drive revenue growth, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The role demands strong leadership and communication skills to guide sales teams and represent the organization in professional settings.

- Strong skills in client relationship building, networking, and business development strategies
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets
- Analytical abilities to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Team management and leadership capabilities to guide and inspire sales teams
- Experience in the financial or banking sector is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM platforms, and mobile technologies
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to manage on-site responsibilities and engage with clients directly in Madurai
