Role Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor) responsible for generating leads and driving enrollments through school visits, coaching centers, and direct institutional outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct school visits and build relationships with school management and counselors
Tie up with coaching institutes and training centers for lead generation
Drive student enrollments and revenue targets
Conduct presentations, counselling sessions, and on-ground activities
Coordinate with internal admissions and marketing teams
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in direct sales / institutional sales / education sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for school and center visits
Experience in EdTech or education sector preferred
