Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships, and create strategies for market expansion. The individual will be responsible for analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and providing insights to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market opportunities and assess customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the infrastructure or manufacturing sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in market research techniques and CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
