Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Tirunelveli. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential clients, generating new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional services aligned with client needs.
Qualifications
Marketing Experience in Interiors Industry ,
Real estate, construction or related Products , or architectural industries products is a plus
- Strong business development and relationship management skills, including networking, negotiation, and client acquisition
- Proficiency in market research and lead generation
- Knowledge and understanding of architecture, construction, and interior design services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Experience in preparing business proposals and presentations
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute growth plans
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
