Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who can generate leads, build relationships, pitch services, and close clients for StrikeIT.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in outreach, and passionate about company growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify potential clients and business opportunities
Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and calls
Build and maintain lead databases
Research brands and understand their marketing requirements
Sales & Client Acquisition
Schedule and conduct discovery meetings
Present StrikeIT services and growth solutions
Create customized proposals with the team
Follow up with leads and close deals
Maintain strong client relationships
Business Development
Develop partnerships and collaborations
Identify new market opportunities
Work closely with strategy and creative teams
Contribute ideas for company growth
CRM & Reporting
Maintain sales pipeline records
Track meetings, proposals, and conversions
Submit weekly performance reports
Requirements
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in pitching and relationship building
Understanding of digital marketing and branding
Basic knowledge of social media marketing, tech, and advertising
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
Agency or digital marketing experience preferred
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and CRM tools is a plus
Salary Range 18k-35k Depending upon industy Standards
