The Role
We’re looking for a Business Development & Client Servicing Manager who can drive new business while managing key client relationships.
This is a high-ownership role combining sales, pitching, and account management within the events/experiential space, with a focus on pharma and BFSI clients.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development through pitching, outreach, and networking
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Work on RFPs, proposals, and presentations
- Identify opportunities across pharma & BFSI sectors
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative & operations) for seamless execution
- Own end-to-end client lifecycle — from pitch to delivery
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of experience in events / experiential / marketing agencies
- Strong exposure to business development + client servicing
- Experience working with pharma / healthcare / BFSI clients
- Ability to independently handle pitches, proposals, and closures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Mumbai-based or open to working remotely
