Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's client base. The role involves negotiating contracts, creating proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and forums to promote solar energy solutions while driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy implementation
- Experience in contract negotiation, preparing proposals, and closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the renewable energy sector, especially solar energy, is advantageous
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and stakeholders as required
