Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Services

About the Role
Stickyy is looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling digital marketing services. We are specifically seeking candidates who have previously worked in the digital marketing or advertising agency ecosystem and understand the nature of agency-led business development.
This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, websites, social media marketing, lead generation, performance marketing, and client servicing from an agency perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business opportunities for the agency
- Identifying prospects on LinkedIn and other channels and outreaching them
- Pitch digital marketing and branding solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and solutions
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts
- Handle end-to-end sales communication and follow-ups
- Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities
Required Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in selling digital marketing services is mandatory
- Previous work experience with a digital marketing agency, branding agency, advertising agency, or similar setup is required
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including:
- Social Media Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Website Development
- Branding & Creative Services
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
