🚀 We're Hiring | Solar Business Development Manager – C&I Segment
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Pan India Business Development)
🏢 Company: Statix Green Energy Private Limited
Statix Green Energy is expanding its Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar Division and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in both Ground-Mounted and Rooftop Solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate new C&I solar business opportunities across India
✅ Develop and manage relationships with industrial and commercial clients
✅ Identify Open Access, Captive, Group Captive, and Rooftop Solar opportunities
✅ Lead client meetings, techno-commercial discussions, and proposal presentations
✅ Coordinate with Design, Engineering, and Project teams for successful project execution
✅ Negotiate PPAs, EPC contracts, and commercial agreements
✅ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔️ 5–10+ years of experience in C&I Solar Business Development
✔️ Strong network with industries, commercial establishments, consultants, and channel partners
✔️ Experience in Ground-Mounted Solar, Rooftop Solar, Open Access, Captive & Group Captive projects
✔️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
✔️ Willingness to travel across India
