Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Business Development Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager who can drive growth, manage operations, and build strong business networks. This role involves working closely with the Founder and leading key initiatives across business development, international coordination, and team management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MSMEs, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Manage daily office operations and coordinate with internal teams (calling, marketing, design)
• Track leads, sales performance, and ensure structured reporting
• Coordinate international business delegations and global partnerships
• Support export consulting activities and client engagement
• Handle embassy coordination and international communications
• Monitor CRM systems, WhatsApp campaigns, and data management
• Conduct market research and contribute to strategic planning
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals
• Direct reporting to Founder and support in scaling business operations

✔ Strong coordination, execution, and reporting skills
✔ Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
✔ Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
✔ Experience in business development / operations / coordination preferred
✔ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
✔ MBA preferred (Marketing / Business / Finance)
✔ Passion for MSME growth, networking, and international business
