Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (B2C) to drive sales in the residential segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, particularly in high-value or premium home solutions.
This role involves engaging directly with homeowners, understanding their requirements, and offering customized elevator solutions while managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying and converting B2C sales opportunities in the residential segment
Handle inbound and outbound leads, including digital inquiries, referrals, and walk-ins
Conduct client meetings, home visits, and product demonstrations
Understand customer requirements and recommend customized elevator solutions
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial interaction to final closure
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial solutions
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business
Coordinate with internal teams (design, installation, projects) for smooth execution
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure proper pipeline management and reporting
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Key Requirements
6–15 years of experience in B2C / direct sales
Prior experience in home improvement, real estate, interiors, elevators, or luxury products preferred
Strong negotiation and closing skills with high-value deals
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solution-based selling
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling premium home products or customized solutions
Familiarity with the Indian residential market
Existing network with homeowners, architects, or real estate professionals is an advantage
