Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to drive revenue, and staying updated on industry trends. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals, prepare presentations and proposals for clients, and ensure client satisfaction while expanding market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a relevant field
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Experience in the elevator or real estate industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
