Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Jaipur with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and creating strategies to increase revenue. Responsibilities include market research, preparing proposals, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining ongoing client satisfaction. This role will also require cross-functional collaboration to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions aligning with client needs.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development experience, including strategic planning and client acquisition under Staff Augmentation, AWS Services, Digital Marketing and IT Development
- Strong skills in relationship management and networking to foster partnerships
- Proficiency in conducting market research, preparing proposals, and identifying sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with data analysis for sales forecasting
- Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
