We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base for Sri Shivista Interior Studio. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic business expansion within the interior design and architectural segment.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and direct clients, and collaborating closely with the internal team to convert leads into successful projects and showroom sales.🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interiors
- Generate leads through architects, designers, builders, and walk-in clients
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
- Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into sales
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
- Collaborate with showroom and operations team for smooth execution
- Maintain sales reports and periodically present performance insights to management
🎓 Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Planning
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Partnership Building
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-facing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
✨ Preferred (Highly Advantageous)
- Experience in Interior Design, Interior Hardware, Modular Furniture, or Real Estate sector
