Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s solutions. Responsibilities include strategic planning, market analysis, engagement with potential partners, negotiating terms, and driving sales growth. The professional will collaborate across teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and drive revenue objectives.
Qualifications
- Strategic Business Development: Skills in identifying new market opportunities, developing strategies, and building partnerships.
- Sales and Negotiation: Proficiency in managing sales processes, client handling, and negotiating terms effectively.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to maintain and grow relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical and Market Insight Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience in PropTech/Real Estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
