Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and onboarding potential business clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and understanding market trends to develop new opportunities. Responsibilities also include creating and executing sales strategies, achieving targets, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will actively help grow the business while contributing to the overall sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Relationship Building, Client Engagement, and Account Management
- Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development skills
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking with expertise in Market Research and Insights
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate or proptech industries is an added advantage
