Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kochi with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, identifying client needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking Skills
- Knowledge of Digital Transformation, AI-Driven Solutions, and technology trends is an advantage
- Ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting metrics is a plus
