Business Development (Inside Sales)-US Region
Location: Navalur, OMR – Chennai
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – Business Development to drive inside sales initiatives, generate new business opportunities, and lead a high-performing team in the IT services space.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
Engage with international clients (US/UKmarkets) and drive end-to-end sales cycle
Lead, mentor, and monitor inside sales team performance
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with internal teams for successful deal closure
Maintain sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
Experience in IT Services / IT Consulting industry (MANDATORY)
Experience handling international clients (US/UK markets)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Inside sales / business development experience with team handling
Target-driven mindset
