Job Summary
We are looking for a senior, closure-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue
growth across GCC setup, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services and Product platforms (iHub /
Square).
This role owns end-to-end enterprise sales, partnerships and long-term account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
● Drive new business for GCC build & scale, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services and
Product platforms (iHub / Square).
● Own the complete sales cycle – lead generation, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, closure
and onboarding.
● Build strategic relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Delivery Heads and Procurement
leaders.
● Identify, qualify and convert US & global enterprise opportunities.
● Develop strong pipelines and long-term account expansion strategies.
Enterprise & GCC Account Management
● Lead GCC onboarding, ramp-up hiring and long-term account growth.
● Manage large staff augmentation and product/platform implementation programs.
Ensure renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Market & Offering Development
● Work with leadership to shape service offerings, pricing models and GTM strategies.
● Track market trends and design solutions aligned to enterprise demand.Job Description: Business Development Manager
Pre-Sales & Internal Leadership
● Own solutioning, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, product demos and presentations.
● Collaborate with delivery, product, recruitment and marketing teams.
● Mentor junior BD members and build a high-performance sales culture.
Qualifications
● 7–12 years of experience in IT Services / GCC / Staff Augmentation / Product / Platform
Sales.
● Proven closures in GCC setup, staff augmentation or enterprise product/platform sales.
● Experience handling US & global enterprise clients.
● Strong solutioning, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
