Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Thane. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our corporate outreach initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential companies and connect with HR departments to organize financial awareness and wealth creation seminars for their employees.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach, relationship-building, and presenting value-driven solutions to organizations.
Location - Thane
Experience - 1-3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential client companies through platforms like Google and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a database of HR professionals, L&D leaders, and decision makers
- Reach out to organizations through professional communication channels
- Introduce employee financial wellness and financial literacy sessions
- Explain the value of financial education programs for employees
- Schedule meetings with HR teams and corporate representatives
- Maintain records of outreach activities and follow-ups
- Follow up with seminar participants, answer queries, and onboard them with our services.
- Build long-term relationships with HR professionals and corporate contacts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build professional relationships with corporate stakeholders
- Experience in business development, corporate relations, or financial services is a plus
- Problem-solving, collaboration, and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Thane and connect with clients locally
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of wealth management concepts
