Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, strategic, and capable of managing client relationships while achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and track performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
