Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns,
LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Acquire new clients for IT and Non-IT recruitment and staffing services.
• Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of mandates.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain sales pipeline and prepare regular MIS reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development within Recruitment/Staffing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
