Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Yelahanka New Town, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Business Development Manager will identify and nurture business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, formulate and implement growth strategies, and negotiate and close deals. Responsibilities also include market analysis, monitoring industry trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management skills
- Experience in Market Analysis, Industry Research, and Strategic Planning
- Sales, Negotiation, and Deal Closure expertise
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding growth targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in a hybrid work environment, is a plus
