Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, creating and executing sales strategies, and exploring partnership opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, client engagement, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to achieve growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals
- Market Research and Strategic Planning abilities to identify growth opportunities and align strategies with organizational goals
- Communication and Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Negotiation and Contract Management capabilities to secure favorable agreements with partners and clients
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking to address challenges and optimize business development efforts
- Proficiency in CRM tools or related software to manage customer relationships and pipeline tracking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in skill development, education, or a related industry is advantageous
