We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Higher Education Sales Skillofy_AI
Skillofy_AI is on a mission to empower learners with future-ready skills in AI, Data Science, Cloud, and Digital Marketing. We’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive high-volume revenue growth and expand our presence across B2C and Higher Education segments.
Role Highlights:
- Full-time Remote / Hybrid India
- Department: Sales & Growth
- Compensation: Fixed + Performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and exceed individual sales & revenue targets
- Drive 10–18 learner enrolments/month through consultative B2C sales
- Build and manage university & institutional partnerships for bulk enrolments
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and deliver accurate revenue forecasts
- Provide market intelligence and strategic inputs to leadership
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years in sales, with 4+ years in Higher Education/EdTech
- Proven track record in B2C & B2B institutional sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
