🔎 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager – IT Staffing with strong experience in client acquisition and revenue generation within the IT staffing industry. Candidates should have hands-on experience handling Contract, Permanent, and C2H staffing models and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
✅ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Identify and acquire new clients in IT staffing domain
• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, references & online platforms
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning
• Manage complete sales cycle – lead generation to closure
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts
• Build long-term client relationships and understand hiring needs
• Coordinate with recruitment team for timely delivery
• Work with MSP/VMS clients (preferred)
⭐ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
• Existing IT staffing client network
• Experience with Tier-1 or mid-sized IT staffing firms
• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
