Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, and promote SK Placement’s services in the local market. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and following up to close deals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, align services with client requirements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role also involves tracking performance metrics, reporting on sales activities, and contributing ideas to improve business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and develop effective growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software and comfort working with CRM or tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role within recruitment, staffing, or consumer services is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kota and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
