Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the Pune Division. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, creating proposals and presentations, collaborating with internal teams to align goals, and monitoring market trends to inform strategy. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, sales strategy, and customer relationship management
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
- Experience in the automotive or consumer appliance sectors is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools or technologies is an added benefit
