Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager with relevant experience in development of the business with tier 2 companies / OEM to defense , will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive sales and market growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, presenting services to prospects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue growth initiatives. The role also requires analyzing performance metrics and generating insights to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client management skills
- Proficiency in market research, strategy development, and identifying new opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client projects effectively
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with the lighting or energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- candidates experienced in dealing with defense product manufacturing OEM.
