Job Description-
Business Development Manager (VoIP)
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and selling advanced communication solutions. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, sales acumen, and relationship management skills.
π― Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads in the VoIP domain.
- Develop and manage client relationships.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for onboarding.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies (SIP, PBX, cloud telephony, unified communications).
- 2β5 years of proven B2B or international sales experience in telecom or IT.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and data-driven reporting.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, IT, or Telecommunications; MBA preferred.
