Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, client acquisition, managing customer relationships, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and strategizing to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, customer acquisition, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in sales strategy, negotiation, and client engagement
- Competence in market analysis, trend identification, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet organizational goals
- Experience in the luxury or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
