Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve company growth objectives. Duties include creating sales plans, generating leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, proposals, and contract negotiation
- Experience in client relationship management and effective communication
- Knowledge of software development life cycle, including application development and SEO
- Strategic planning and analytical skills to identify market opportunities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet growth targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in IT or software sales is highly advantageous
