Key Responsibilities:


  1. Build and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes to promote SIEC’s services and generate quality student inquiries.
  2. Plan, organize, and execute student engagement events, including seminars, webinars, education fairs, workshops, and institutional visits, to drive qualified leads and walk-ins for counseling.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and institutional tie-ups to expand SIEC’s presence.
  4. Represent SIEC at education fairs, partner events, and promotional activities with professionalism and brand alignment.
  5. Share regular reports on outreach activities, event performance, and lead generation outcomes.


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional tie-ups, or Field Marketing, preferably in the Overseas Education, Test Prep, or EdTech sector.
  • Proven experience in organizing student engagement events and generating quality leads or walk-ins.
  • Familiarity with school/college networks and strong local market understanding.
  • Willingness to travel within NCR region.

Other Details:


  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in institutional tie-ups or student outreach.

The compensation for this role is up to ₹7 LPA, depending on the experience and skills.
