Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and establishing strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include creating and executing business development strategies, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Lead Generation activities
- Strong skills in Building Client Relationships, Networking, and Partnership Management
- Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Identifying Growth Opportunities
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strong organizational and Planning abilities to execute multiple initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
