Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chakan for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies to generate revenue growth. The role also involves preparing business proposals, conducting market research to identify trends, and collaborating with internal teams to align with business objectives. You will represent the company in client meetings and actively work to expand Shri Krupa Services Pvt. Ltd.’s client portfolio.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with client relationship management and business networking.
- Strong analytical, market research, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or related tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the facility management or related sectors would be beneficial.
