Role: Business Development Manager
Generate leads, meet clients, present designs, and close interior projects to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads (site visits, referrals, builders like APBHS)
Meet clients understand requirements
Present designs, materials, and cost (with designers)
Prepare BOQ quotations
Follow up and convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly targets collect advance payments
Coordinate with design execution teams
Ensure smooth customer experience till project handover
Additional (Modern Requirement)
Create site videos / reels for marketing
Share project updates on social media WhatsApp
Generate leads through content
Skills
Sales negotiation
Communication client handling
Basic interior knowledge (design, materials)
Qualification
Any degree / MBA (preferred)
13 years in sales / interiors / real estate
