Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager Preferble Females based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding the company's market share. Responsibilities include market research, developing and implementing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The candidate will also drive revenue generation by managing project pipelines and identifying growth channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Research
- Strong Negotiation, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Client Engagement, Account Management, and Proposal Development
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
