Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving growth strategies. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, negotiating client agreements, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives. The role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities to achieve targets and enhance company growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience of 4 years, preferably within the Design, Architecture, or Construction industry.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial leasing and office design sectors.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies
