About the Role
Sentius Technologies is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in Embedded Systems, Semiconductor Solutions, and Engineering Staff Augmentation. This role combines technical sales expertise with strategic business development to drive growth across embedded software, firmware, BSP, Linux Device Drivers, OpenBMC, QNX, and semiconductor engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development for Embedded Software, Semiconductors line.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while achieving revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify opportunities for Engineering Staff Augmentation and collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to deploy highly skilled embedded engineers.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, solution pitching, proposal creation, pricing, negotiations, account management, and customer success.
- Partner closely with engineering and leadership teams to deliver customer-centric embedded solutions.
