Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite position for a Business Development Manager located in Metro Cities, Manufacturing and Innovations Hubs of India. The role involves prospecting and building relationships with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, creating proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and support. The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and results-driven performance. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research to identify potential opportunities and target markets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Sales Platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or enterprise product solutions is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
