Role: Sr. Business Development Manager / Head of Marketing We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing & Business Development division. This individual will be instrumental in taking Scintilla Kreations to the next level of growth and positioning us among the top creative agencies in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall marketing, branding, and sales strategy for business growth
- Drive client acquisition and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct high-impact presentations and effectively pitch to prospective clients
- Personally visit clients, present proposals, and close deals
- Handle end-to-end marketing operations including digital and offline campaigns
- Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver value-driven solutions
- Strategize with internal creative teams to align client requirements with services
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in marketing, advertising, branding, or digital agency roles
- 4+ years of experience in business development/marketing leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
- Demonstrative skills to explain creative and technical projects effectively
- Knowledge of web development, digital marketing, and advertising trends is a plus
