Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The role involves driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to acquire new business, and executing sales initiatives. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, provide insights, and identify opportunities to grow market presence. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing sales forecasts, and meeting sales performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Business Development and Sales strategies.
- Experience in Market Research, Client Relationship Management, and Partner Development.
- Proficiency in Negotiation and Networking to secure new business and build partnerships.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills to effectively represent the company and products.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset to strategize and implement innovative business approaches.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and work independently or within teams.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
