Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Delhi Area. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain Architect / Interior Designer relationships, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Core responsibilities include engaging with architects, developers, and homeowners; fostering partnerships; bring architects / clients to showroom; negotiating contracts; and meeting sales targets. The role also encompasses market analysis, identifying industry trends, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand Savano's market presence.

- Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy skills
- Negotiation, Networking, and Partnership Development expertise
- Market Analysis, Trend Identification, and Strategic Planning abilities
- Experience in working with architects, developers, and high-value clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the interior design or lighting industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
