Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Pune Division. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored business strategies. The role also involves proposing and negotiating agreements, tracking market trends, and meeting revenue growth targets while enhancing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research, Business Strategy, and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Business Communication
- Sales Knowledge and Skills, including Pipeline Management and Deal Closing
- Analytical thinking, Problem-solving, and Attention to Detail
- Effective Presentation and Public Speaking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in business development or sales will be highly beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage regional business relationships
