Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive growth. This full-time role requires the development of strategic business plans, market research, and competitor analysis to expand the company’s market presence. The position is on-site and based in Kolkata, with additional responsibilities including client presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of the Industrial and Institutional Cleaning sector and its market dynamics
- Experience in managing customer accounts and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Prior experience in the cleaning, hygiene, or chemicals industry is an advantage
