We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist with proven experience in the IT industry, specializing in acquiring and managing IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for IT services (software development, staffing, consulting, etc.)
- Generate leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across global markets (US, Europe, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful project execution
- Prepare and present business proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing models
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the IT industry
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the IT industry
- Proven track record in acquiring IT projects (development, staffing, or consulting)
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, services, and delivery models
- Experience working with international clients (preferred: US/Europe markets)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build pipelines and close high-value deals
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
🎓 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
